The customer needed a their crawl space drained and insulated.
Solutions provided:
Crawlspace has water entering at joint in mid point and floor joint. 5 foot clearance in space. Some musty odors and chilly in space plus lower floor of home. Install FastDrain on front wall of crawlspace and left side wall to edge of living space with heavy duty shield up walls to sill plate. Includes installation of FastSump with liner, check valve and high water alarm. Also includes installation of electrical outlet by licensed electrician. Discharge out left side of home into drainbox in soil. To address moisture issues on foundation walls and airow, install Thermax foam board on front walls from floor to sill plate. Apply two inches of closed cell foam to rim joist in area to be treated. Demo insulation on side wall at garage and apply 2 inches of closed cell foam to wall. Demo all insulation in crawl space ceiling. Install inducer in supply trunk to partially condition space. Sterilize entire space with sanitizing agent. Customer and any pets will need to be out of the home during treatment and up to one hour afterwards. To properly dry space, provide healthier air in the home, install SantaFe Compact dehumidifier with duct kit and passive grille installed in wall adjoining crawlspace.
