Solutions provided:
Full perimeter GrateDrain system with HD finish shield on all walls and Flexiflange to direct water into system. In laundry area install SpeedE channel in front of door entry point and direct into GrateDrain system Remove firring and existing vapor barrier from walls. Install 2 GrateSump systems with two liners at opposite corners. Install 2 check valves. Install high water alarm (2) Install 2 Battery backups with 2 inverters. Install 2 dedicated electrical outlets by a licensed electrician. Discharge both lines out left side of home, as facing, to drain box in soil up to 8 feet away from home. All debris and waste will be disposed. Install drain box in rear walkout and tie into GrateDrain system. Peripherals carry their own respective warranties. WIseAir 60 install in garage room area. Construct shelf to hold unit. Will need to penetrate CMU to duct into main basement area. Fit PVC panel in front of filled in window in laundry room. Cover over window with HDFS as part of full HDFS installation. Add additional battery and inverter. For full system, minus front wall deduct 3500 for the following: 1 FastSump with liner 1 backup with inverter 1 check valve GrateDrain system carries a lifetime warranty and is fully transferable. Installation also qualifies for a nationally backed GrateProducts Level IV warranty and a Healthy Basement Certificate.
