Solutions provided:
Remove the batted fiberglass insulation and the old vapor barrier. Use Sterifab to treat any visible mold and mildew. Trench on right side and front side of the crawlspace. Install hydraway drain along the right side and front side of the crawlspace. Pour additional stone over the new drain system. Install a new sump crock and 1/3 hp sump pump in the front left corner. Sump pump will include a new check valve and 4 inch freeze relief. Use existing discharge line and extend away from the home. End the discharge line to a drain box. Install drain mat on the floor of the crawlspace. Install a 20 mil white vapor barrier over the drainage mat and secure to the Foam board insulation. Foam board insulation will be installed along the walls and entry door. Spray foam the rim joists with 2 inches of closed cell spray foam. Use spray foam around the sewage pipe that is penetrating the cinder block wall. Install vapor barrier around the sewage pipe to direct any water into the new drain system. Install a new door with latches for the entry door. Block off the entry from the porch under area from the main crawlspace with pressure treated wood secured to a pressure treated wood frame. Old sump crock will be abandoned and filled with stone. Install an air inducer on a supply trunk line to condition the space.
