Demo walls, 24 inches up, in family room only. Install GrateDrain system along noted areas of water intrusion. Install FastSump with liner in utility room next to water heater. Run discharge out left side of home to other side of gravel driveway into flush mounted drain box in soil. Includes high water alarm and check valve. Restore floors with high strength concrete.
