Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had mold in their home.
Solutions provided:
Set up negative air for unit and exhaust out window.
Treat entire unit, all surfaces, with sanitizer. Treat HVAC system with fog to kill any pathogens.
Remove supply vents, treat and wipe down metal grills and reinstall. Treat return grill, install new filter when work is completed.
Unit will be fully usable approximately 1 hour after treatment is completed. No entry should be made into unit until treatment as well as during treatment and should not be occupied unless wearing proper PPE.
Sanitizer will leave spots on some hard materials and glass/bathroom tile but may be removed with standard household cleaner and wiping surfaces.
