Why did the customer contact us?
The customer needed a new exterior drainage system.
Solutions provided:
Rear of detached garage; Excavate and install heavy duty plastic liner and seal to rear brick. Backfill with fill dirt and grade.
Excavate shallow drain system that was already installed by another contractor, up to 12 inches wide along left edge of garage. Remove soil for top of existing french drain, expose and back fill with type 57 stone. Continue excavation along edge of property line, out to driveway, cutting asphalt to permit installation. Drain system will be open with washed stone on garage area only.
Extend system down to where driveway slopes toward street. Terminate in drain box flush with driveway surface. Total run is 52 LF from left front corner of shed.
