Why did the customer contact us?
The customer needed a new sump pump and battery back-up.
Solutions provided:
Primary pump is failing to operate and inspection revealed a failed float switch.
Secondary pump is on a 120 V inverter and pump did not function until a hard reset. Both components must be replaced.
Remove all old equipment and dispose. Computer waste disposal included in proposal.
Install (2) new FastSump pumps with check valves.
Install new battery backup system with heavy duty inverter and deep cycle battery.
Install two new check valves.
Test system for proper operation.
