The customer had water in their crawl space.
Solutions provided:
Install a double sump pump system in front left corner of the crawlspace. Sump pump system will include two sump crocks, two 1/3 hp sump pumps, two check valves, and two discharge lines. Both will be ran to the left side of the home and discharged 20 feet to the front of the home. Discharge lines will end at a drain box. Trench around the exterior walls of the crawlspace and install stone. Install a fast drain system with ush ports. Fast drain system will be gravity fed to the new double sump pump system. Install a circular drain in the entry area and run discharge lineto the fast drain system. Pour stone in entry area around new circular drain. Electrical outlet will be installed by summit for the two sump pumps. Install new white composite door with new framing. Install new white composite cover over entry point. Clean out any trash and sterifab entire crawlspace to disinfect. Install R11 bora foam board on the exterior walls of the crawlspace and block off the vents. Spray foam the rim joists with 2 inches of closed cell spray foam. Install a dimple shield on the floor and on top of the dimple shield a 16 milwhite vapor barrier. Secure the new 16 mil white vapor barrier to the R11 bora foam board. Install a Santa Fe compact 2 dehumidifier in the middle of the crawlspace. Dehumidifier will include a condensate pump to discharge into the new sump pumps. New electrical outlet will be installed for the dehumidifier by Summit.
