Why did the customer contact us?
The customer needed repairs to their crawl space.
Solutions provided:
Areas are small inside the crawlspace and parts will require excavation to access. Some 3 inch pvc sewage pipes will be temporarily removed and reinstalled after the work is finished. Install new R19 batted fiberglass insulation on the floor joists and secured with metal rods. Install a 6 mil black vapor barrier to the floor of the crawlspace and secure to the walls.
