Solutions provided:
Demo wall in office and left front bedroom up to grade level, 3′ approximate, remove studs and drywall. Install GrateDrain system along left wall from stair case to left front corner. Includes installation of Heavy Duty Finish Shield up to grade line to prevent any moisture or water entering home. Install FastSump with liner hard in left corner of office space. Install electrical receptacle by licensed electrician. Includes check valve and high water alarm. Run discharge out of office area, along garden at foundation wall, through brick wall to outside of garden into drain box flush in soil.
