The customer had water intrusion in a small alcove of their basement.
Solutions provided:
Demo walls 24 inches up from floor, demo floor. Install GrateDrain system in V shaped alcove with FastSump, liner and high water alarm. Cover floor and finish with high strength concrete. Discharge out rear left corner 10 LF into drain box flush in soil. Install dedicated electrical outlet by a licensed electrician. Includes installation from panel in garage out along exterior into structure. Some drywall may need to be removed to perform electrical installation. Customer will be responsible for replacement when complete. Scrape/wire brush and remove efflorescence in area where drywall was removed at right front corner. Apply masonry water proofing paint to area.
