Customer called about basic encapsulation.
Solutions provided:
Remove existing debris, vapor retarder, raccoon feces and insulation and dispose. Include removal of approximately 4 damaged insulated flex duct supply lines for HVAC system. Once cleaned. apply/fog crawl space with disinfectant/pesticide spray (Steri Fab) to kill adult insects, bacteria and viruses that may be present from raccoons and their feces.
Reinspect crawlspace during procedure to assess additional damage(if any) from raccoons etc. Crawl space is approximately 24″ in height and part of crawl space was physically inaccessible during initial inspection. Access to this area may be required from the interior to bypass hard duct which is blocking access to approx. 1/2 of the crawlspace and was only visually accessible.
