Why did the customer contact us?
The customer needed a crack in their floor repaired.
Solutions provided:
Abandoned butyl water line cut flush with floor is leaking onto the floor surface. Chip out around the pipe and apply fast setting epoxy. Customers can choose to refinish the floor when completed. Apply hydraulic cement around the lally column in the center of the basement. Finish will not be smooth due to floor settling. No water entering at that point. The possibility exists that customers may need additional work to stop and manage the water. If additional work is needed the cost of this work will be credited towards that remediation.
