Why did the customer contact us?
Most insulation is falling down in space, very wet and signs of fungal growth. Sump in rear center has failed or there is an electrical circuit problem.
Solutions provided:
Demo all insulation and any debris. Install 12 mil reinforced liner to walls, wrap columns and seal all seams. Install Borafoam termite resistant board on all exterior walls up to sill including entry hatch access space. R10 value. Apply 2 inches closed cell foam to perimeter rim joist to air seal and provide R13 insulation. Install full perimeter FastDrain system. Install new FastSump with liner in rear of crawlspace, approximately center. Use the existing discharge line. SES will not guarantee discharge but will test prior to completion. Install a high water alarm and check valve. Install inducer in the supply trunk to partially condition space. Install WiseAir 60 dehumidifier to clean and dry air in space. SES will provide a licensed electrician to diagnose the electrical circuit issues and install a new quad receptacle.
