The customer needed repairs for their crawl space.
Solutions provided:
Added a dimple shield drain mat to floor area at entrance only. Trench center of floor area to direct water into sump, re-seal liner. Install new FastSump with liner. Install Battery backup with inverter. Install new dedicated electrical outlet. Install duct kit for WiseAire60, pass duct through brick stem wall to condition rear space. Install hanger kit for WA60. Rear crawl space encapsulation Demo debris and insulation in space. Install 12 mil reinforced liner and all floor area. Install dimpleshield drain mat on floor area only. Space will become storage. Install Bora Foam board up all exterior walls to sill plate. Apply 2 inches closed cell foam to the exterior rim joist. Seal all crawlspace vents. Replace existing hatch door with new heavy duty poly door, hinges, hasp, combination lock and insulate door with foam and weatherstripping.
