Customer called about vapor barrier and crawl space services.
Solutions provided:
Remove the old tarp and vapor barrier in two sections of the crawlspace indicated by the technician. Install R11 bora foam board on exterior walls of two sections of crawl space indicated by technician. Install dimple shield and 16 mil crawl shield on the floor of the two indicated crawlspaces. Seam tape vapor barrier to r11 bora foam board. Install bora foam board as best as possible on one indicated opening between the larger and smaller crawlspace. (Smaller crawlspace is not being worked on by summit. Part of the original home)
Install one new white composite door on entry to the crawlspace and insulate. Use mortar to seal gaps on indicated sections of wall by technician. Areas to repair its mortar will be located on the left and right side of the original home. Some digging will be involved on the left side to access damaged mortar.
