Customer called about sump pump services.
Solutions provided:
Install one fast sump crock and 1/3 hp sump pump with a check valve and discharge line in the rear left corner of the home of the crawlspace. Discharge line will be run through the left side of the home and discovered to a drain box indicated by the technician. Grass will be laid back as best as possible. Summit is not responsible for any grass/plants that die in the process. Electrical will need to be installed near the new sump pump by summit.
Install new partial fast drain system seven feet along the left side wall indicated by technician and entire rear wall in the crawlspace. Fast drain will be gravity fed to the fast sump. A trench will be dug and clean stone will be installed around the fast drain system. Flush ports will be installed for proper maintenance. On the walls where the fast drain is located a vapor barrier will be sealed to the wall and ran to the fast drain system.
