The customer needed a French drain.
Solutions provided:
Install exterior French drain around the left, right and rear perimeter of outbuilding. Back fill with washed stone, cover with landscape fabric and regrade soil at the foundation wall. Install asphalt impregnated rubberized membrane from bottom of footer to soil line. Run a lateral line under the floor to the existing sump in the floor. Replace old pump with new FastSump.
