Solutions provided:
In rear crawl space only, remove all batted fiberglass and vapor. Sterifab to disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Install R11 bora foam board on all walls. Fill in gaps on vents and use stainless steel screens to block mice from entering. Cover vents with bora foam board to prevent stack effect. Spray foam all rim joist/sill plate with two inches of closed cell spray foam. Install new dimple shield and crawl shield/16 mil vapor barrier (white) on floor of crawl space. Seam tape to r11 bora foam board for a proper seal.
