The customer needed waterproofing services for their basement.
Solutions provided:
Install FastDrain system around the entire perimeter with washed stone. Grade and trench as needed around columns where some standing water was seen to channel water toward the rear of the crawl space. Install FastSump with a check valve and high water alarm in the left rear corner of crawl space. Install a high water alarm. Electrical outlet to be installed by a dedicated electrician. Discharge to the left rear of crawl space into the drain box approximately 10 LF from home.
