Solutions provided:
Remove all debris from space. Apply commercial grade sterilizer to fog the entire space, kill any microbial growth. Perform full Crawl Shield encapsulation with 16 mil reinforced liner, dimple shield drain mat, to walls and sealed around columns. Install Bora Foam termite resistant foam board on walls. This provides R10 insulation value and resistance to termites. Apply 2 inches closed cell foam to perimeter rim joist to air seal and provide R13 insulation value. Excavate and install FastDrain system around the entire perimeter in the washed stone base. Install Fast Sump with liner in the left front corner of crawlspace to deal with some water issues at soil. Includes check valve and high water alarm. Discharge into the front yard into the drain box in soil. Per current code, install a low power circulation fan in HVAC closet to partially condition space. Additional electrical receptacle needed. Replace large wooden/shingle hatch cover with new heavy duty PVC cover with foam board and weather stripping. Install dedicated electrical outlet by a licensed electrician which SES will provide.
