Plumbing issue with island in kitchen. Supply trunk sweating in the basement, adjacent to crawl space.
Solutions provided:
Crawl space is open to the exterior through multiple vents. Install Crawlshield 16 mil reinforced liner on floors and walls up to the sill plate. Apply 2 inches closed cell foam to perimeter rim joist to air seal and provide R13 insulation value. To partially condition space, install an inducer in the supply trunk. Seal all crawl space vents. Seal hatch entry point.
