Why did the customer contact us?
Water entering through the window well and floor on the left side of the basement.
Solutions provided:
Install GrateDrain system along front 8 feet of basement wall, left side wall and rear wall into rear laundry room. To address excessive water in well install a drain box with washed stone, penetrate the foundation wall and direct down into the GrateDrain system. Remove 24 inches of drywall and studs along walls. Carpet will already be removed prior to work. The customer can have walls replaced after work is completed. Run the GrateDrain system into the laundry room into FastSump with a compact liner on the floor. Install flush ports where needed for servicing. Install Battery backup with heavy duty inverter.
