Why did the customer contact us?
The customer says there is a crack in the basement wall that is causing a leak.
Solutions provided:
A minor horizontal and vertical crack in the wall, approximately 10 linear feet total. Small vertical crack drips water occasionally when it rains heavily. Recommend opening up the crack with a masonry saw, injecting flexible concrete sealant and finishing.
Touch up with white paint when work is complete. Paint will likely not match the existing finish.
