The customer had water pooling under their deck.
Solutions provided:
Along right side of home water is pooling and collecting under deck at rear.
Cut concrete with saw and remove any rubble.
Install driveway drain grate system from right front downspout with 12 inch drain box.
Extend along expansion joint to rear edge of concrete.
Turn down into soil with 4 inch clean out and under soil to approximately 8 LF from rear slab into drain box in soil.
Pour new concrete to finish area.
Clean out 2 expansion joints. Install backer rod and flexible concrete sealant.
