The customer needed repairs to their crawl space.
Solutions provided:
Install new R19 batted fiberglass insulation in the floor joists secured properly with metal tie rods. Remove old damaged vapor barrier and dispose. Install new 6 mil black vapor barrier and secure to the walls.
If other company does not remove the remainder of the water damaged insulation it will be an additional for removal
