Solutions provided:
Perimeter GrateDrain system. Includes the following: GrateDrain system with heavy duty finish shield from floor to ceiling to collect any water and direct into drain. Finish shield is anti-microbial coated and a class 1 vapor barrier. High water alarm with backup. Check valve. Flexiflange on wall to capture water at base. Flush ports where needed. Refinish floor with high strength concrete where excavation occurred. Demo shelving and dispose. Remove 2-3 steps to facilitate installation. Will reinstall steps when completed. Discharge line will be run through crawlspace opening under stairs, out to front of home, through garden and into front yard 4-5 feet from garden into drain box in soil. To prevent issues when power outages occur install battery backup with inverter.
