Solutions provided:
Sterifab to disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Install copper cloth and clear caulk on possible entry points along both walls to help slow the progress of mice into the home. Spray foam the rim joists on two walls with 2 inches of closed cell spray foam. Install R11 bora foam board on the walls. Install a dimple shield and white 16 mil white vapor barrier. Secure vapor barrier to the R11 bora foam board and along wall edges of crawlspace and basement.
