The customer had a leak in their basement.
Solutions provided:
Partial system install on split foyer home. Front wall center next to existing fridge, into closet under stairs. Pass under basement staircase into laundry room to rear wall. Turn left along rear wall to wall on left side of laundry room. Install GrateDrain system along pathway where water was discovered. Install flexiflange up walls 12-16 inches and seal to capture water. Drill holes in block pockets to direct water into GrateDrain system. Install FastSump with liner. Install check valve and high water alarm. Heavy duty battery backup with inverter is also included in this proposal. Discharge out rear of basement next to HVAC system into drain box outside of garden.
